I want to thank all of those who braved the intense heat, then the down pour of rain Saturday. For the 9th Annual Dixie Thunder Rally. Spirits were high, and the rain only made things a lot more INTENSE. Actually fun.. I am not speaking for no one but myself, as I am sure The Prez Tony Shackleford will have something to say and I will not rain on his parade... Sorta ...Since we were all wet anyway.. There are a few of you that really go the extra mile. (you know who you are) You are greatly appreciated and we are so Grateful for your constant support and mostly your love for Soldiers Helping Soldiers. Now we lean into our 10th Year. Who would have thought this would have gone on for 10 years. Your Dixie Thunder Staff is working already on next years events and we hope to see you all there. Now we prepare for The Better Life Foundation Ride for a Cause on Nov 15th. More information will be forth coming. See ya at Southern Thunder Harley-Davidson bright and early that day. We will be drawing for Citizen Soldier VII that afternoon. Should be another amazing weekend. SOLDIERS HELPING SOLDIERS That is what it is about. And we can not do it with out everyone of you. Thank you so much. We must never forget what our Veterans have done for our Liberty and Freedom, this Dixie Thunder Run, Soldiers Helping Soldiers is exactly what is needed in this country to provide what is truly dearly earned.
