I want to thank everyone that so graciously helped to set-up and stock the VIP Suite for our visiting Bands and Symposium Speakers & Guests - Kelly Aaron, who despite having a plate full, worked tirelessly Thursday thru Saturday from beginning to end AND whose son, Dylan and friend Mason were the most polite and helpful young men! Ron & Keri Ingram who saved the day by loaning us their grill and who helped out tremendulously with the Festival! Mary Smith, who year after year wows us with delicious food! Her Strawberry Pies are famous! Cyndi Blackburn and Kari Shanks of WalMart ....thank you for suppling drinks! Michael A Tolson of Chow Caters who year after year brings in the most beautifully packed sandwich boxes full of delicious food! Each and everyone looks like a beautiful gift and talk about delicious! Mel Fender of Chicken Shack Produce whose pickles, pickled okra and fresh Salsa had everyone raving! McDonalds.....thank you so much for the chicken sandwiches! Yum! Keith Stratton and Hays who delivered the nicest Entertainer Sandwich Trays....Man were they emptied out quickly! Sonic Drive-In for the (and I quote) Sweet Tea to die for and Ice Pat Murphy, Jack Allison and The Polar Freeze for the delicious BBQs Julie Jones who wowed everyone with her Cinnamon Roll Cake - AND helped me pick out an outfit at Jades that was complimented over and over Friday night! Pizza Hut - Thank you Jessie for your offer of help and delivery! Stan Daniels for so generously donating Hamburgers and Hot Dogs - They were delicious! Lyne Jones Hancock , The Cake Artist, who had everyone amazed at her artistic talent! Brad Flippo of Greenway Equipment for the generous donation of bottled water. Josh of Aarons and Angie of Rent One for so graciously suppling Refrigerators to help with food and drink storage!!! Jack Wolf and Mary Jo Wolf, John Phillips and Linda Phillips, Fran Wells Cavenaugh and Don Cavenaugh, Charles E. Snapp and Jackie Carmon Snapp, Debbie Davis Smith, Jon Walter and Lisa Walter, Dina Rose and everyone who helped with set-up, guests and clean up.....I appreciate you all so much!!! Danny West and Cara West of The Dark Side Coffee House for your help! Our guests tell me that we have one of the nicest hospitality suites that they have ever visited and I can tell that they are shocked to find this in a small town....We may be a small town but it is filled with big hearts and generous hard working people that cant be beat! I hope and pray that I didnt leave out anyone.....You all have my undying gratitude for helping us make our guests comfortable and fed and happy! :)
