I want to thank people who sent me texts and messages, its nice to have such caring and concerned friends. Anyway for those of you who dont know, here is what happened last night. Alex was filling a pitcher with boiling water and the pitcher fell drenching his right leg. He suffered 1st and 2nd degree burns on his upper thigh all the way to his foot. AA county fire and medic came, they were wonderful! He was transported to Bayview where they double dosed him with pain meds which didnt appear to work! They cleaned up his leg removed the dead skin medicated it, wrapped it and then released him. He is resting comfortably today so far. I got the courage up to change the dressing, It doesnt look as ANGRY today. he makes sure to tell everyone his wedding tackle was not injured. so there you have it! Thank you to Tom Meseke and Michele Meseke who stopped by and helped me get him outside into the truck! Thank you to one of my dearest friends Rae Beth who dropped everything to come and be with us at the hospital. I felt much relief with her being there with Alex and especially me!
