I want to throw a huge congrats out to my son MJ, he graduates from UIC in December and starts his new Engineer job in January. He had a job offer earlier that he turned down because he thought the offer was a little low, he countered they said with the economy thats what they could offer him. He did not accept tier offer. I thought to myself and not to him wish he would take it and then he could still look, but he is pretty sharp so I thought its his decision not mine. Well he had a interview today and a hour after the interview which he thought went real well they called and offered him the job. $5,000 over his counter offer to the other company and $13,000 over their offer. Way to go son proud of you.
