I want to warn people that walk near the duck pond on Pierce st. There is a homeless man that hides down the hill near a tree close to the street and close to the riverbed. He wears a bright yellow jacket and I have seen him on several occasions. One day he just popped up suddenly while I was walking by and scared the crap out of me. He doesnt seem to cause any problems but it is still unnerving to come across him. He even leaves his jacket there at times and just walks somewhere. Today I caught a glimpse of him laying face down in the tall grass. It kinda freaks me out because I love to walk to the ducks with my little guy to get some exercise and feed the ducks! :(
