I want to wish all of you a Blessed and Merry Christmas. The holidays, with all of the shopping, wrapping and giving of gifts, plus all the cooking and baking, can be a hectic time for many so I hope you’ll take one piece of advice: Give yourself the gift of time...maybe only five minutes to reflect and think about who and what’s important to you. When you finish with the “who,” go see them, call them, email them, text them, but contact them and tell them what a gift they are. If it’s a “what,” like a job, be great at it, take care of it and be thankful for it. I won’t make any guarantees because it’s not my job to control your thoughts, but...I’m pretty sure if you do the above, you’re going to feel better. This is especially important if you’re alone. Be thankful for who and what you have in your life. Finally, my thanks to all of my friends and clients; I have enjoyed working with and getting to know you. Again, Merry Christmas.
