I want to wish my dad a Happy Fathers Day. A lot of you do not know the back story but my dad was divorced from my mom and we were sent to go live in Washington with my mom. My dad stayed locally in OC and enjoyed the single bachelor lifestyle. Due to unforeseen events that took place in Washington my dad put his life on hold and was on the first plane out of OC to seek custody of my brother, sister and I from my mom. He obtained custody of us and we came to live with him in Costa Mesa in 1982. He put his kids first before himself. He would give us what he could to make sure we were happy. He showed us great work ethic and hard work does payoff. He never even dated until we were out of high school. My dad is so amazing and words cannot describe how much he means to us. I truly believe I would not be the person today if it were not for him. Happy Fathers Day Dad. We love ya.
