I want to write about Sprint customers and their concerns towards Sprint insurance policy. When you purchase phone insurance from Sprint, you are under the assumption that Sprint will replace your phone if the customer damage his or her phone. You pay 11+ a month and you do have to pay a $50.00 deductible. Many customers complained about the Galaxy S2. When Sprint or Samsung uploaded a new system to replace the old, customers would not expect problems that would cause many to call in with numerous complaints. Sprint was aware of the situation but their handling of their customers complaints was not good. Their job is to satisfy customers concerns no matter what the situation could be. Sprint instead made customers pay the $50.00 deductible through the insurance company even though the fault was on their side and not the customers. This must be addressed and Sprint must answer their customers on this practice that seem so unfair. I have heard from thousands of customers who have expressed their dissatisfaction with Sprint and how they treat their customers. Most of these customers do not have the power to voice their concerns and at Nap-Sack we want everybody to know that finally their voice will be heard. When nap-sack.org goes live January of 2014, we will create a petition for the majority expressing their concerns about Sprint and their practice.
