I want you to tag a friend and challenge them to this ab circuit TODAY. Like Now. Go. Set your timer to 8 minutes and see how many times you can get through this circuit. Post your rounds in the comments. bit.ly/8minAbs 10 single leg stretches - 5 each side 10 dead bug - 5 each side 10 PiYo pikes - 5 each side 20 mt climbers - 10 each side (with paper plates or paper towels) 20 oblique mt climbers (inside of knee to outside of same elbow) - 10 each side 5 push planks *to modify the PiYo Pike, hold in a side plank, either on your bottom knee or inside and outside of your feet instead of piking for 15 seconds each side. **you can perform all of the push-planks from your knees or all from your toes. I chose to do 3 on my knees and 2 on my toes in the video - just be sure to keep your elbows in and let your elbows hit the floor in between every rep.
