I want you what I am doing right now for my exercise. Its only a 45 sec video, and I cut off at the end... and I kind of leave you hanging - on purpose :) I dont care if you have 50+lbs to lose or if you are a stud at the local crossfit gym - anyone can benefit from bodyweight exercises, and what has been put together into Insanity Max: 30 is absolutely a game-changer in fitness.
