I wanted send out a huge thanks to all of my amazing family and friends that have sent messages/thoughts/prayers for Jacob. Ive passed it all along and were feeling the love! He dislocated his elbow on the field Friday night. It was quite the experience since Jacob could not be completely sedated even though they were giving him doses of medicine that, when I called the hospital back for a question tonight, was apparently the talk of the ER today! Anyway, hes pretty wiped out since we didnt get home till 3am and he got up this morning at 7 to go where?! Practice of course!! It never crossed his mind to skip it. Long, long story shortened, the elbow is back in place and well be seeing our old friend Dr. Harwood this week for an evaluation of which Ill be sure to share. My son never ceases to amaze me with his strength inside and out, I am super proud of him. I trust that with the rally of support weve be shown his determination will grow that much stronger. P.S.
