I wanted to eat by the beach today so I picked up a Subway 6 Meatball Sandwich, chips, and a Coke then drove to the beach access across from Camilles. I had a couple of older beach scene paintings in the car that I planned on giving away for Christmas (they had been in the storage closet). I brought one to the beach and ate my lunch when a couple visitors came walking by. I joked to the lady saying you let that guy run off with your shoes?, she chuckled and said yeah. I remained seated until I finished my lunch then picked up all my stuff including the painting to head to the car. When I got back up to the deck she was sitting down having just put on her shoes. She asked me if I had been painting and I told her yes but not today followed by Merry Christmas. She says really? and I said Merry Christmas again plus dont tell anyone where you got it from... ha ha ha.
