I wanted to let mare owners know that I will be breeding both of our Congress Champion mares to Earl while I also bought a mare in foal to him and a yearling filly that is so sweet and an awesome mover for the Congress Masters next year. I only have 4 HUS mares but I have kept up with every mare that I have sold and hope to convince those mare owners to try Earl. My other Congress Champion mare is by Earl and is in foal to Invitation Only...I cannot wait to see what she produces in 2015?! Also, I wanted mare owners to know that I personally met Earl after he was brought home from the Congress and stayed with Russ Smith before being shown at the World Show. He was so beautiful, quiet, and easy to ride...he made a lasting impression...I never thought that I would have an opportunity to actually own him. As an individual, he is exceptional! As a 2 year old, he was 5th in the Jr. Hunt Seat and then he won the Millers at the Congress as a 3 year old in 2005 and then won the AQHA World in Jr. Hunt Seat in 2006. He also earned 1 halter point and 89.5 Hunt Seat points obtaining his ROM and Superior in 2005 and 2006. Earl was the AQHA 2005 and 2006 High Point Hunt Seat Stallion. The other critical component that I prefer when selecting studs is that they have a very strong maternal line which becomes so dominating in becoming successful sires. In this regard, I feel that The Only Escape has one of the most outstanding dams in the AQHA for Hunt Seat horses...the thoroughbred mare, Escapist. She has consistently produced exceptional Congress and World quality hunt seat horses crossed with many different studs which is the ultimate proof of a great producer! I am very familiar with the different foals that she has produced and feel that I will have some insights for which mares will cross better with Earl or whether they would be better served by Hot N Blazing, Hot Ones Only, or Allocate Your Assets...sires which I greatly respect and have watched all of their foal crops or bred to them, too. As a sire, The Only Escape has sired a Congress Champion, many Congress Top 10 horses, and multiple NSBA World Champions along with many talented fence and HUS horses. I am excited about 2 two year olds owned by clients of Kat Zelnio and Ron Horn while I hope to campaign my yearling for the Masters next year. Even more exciting, I will be keeping track of Initials Only and My Only Escape at the Congress and World shows. Finally, I will be placing $100 from every breeding towards a jackpot for all TOE yearlings showing at the 2017 Congress Hunt Seat Longe Line in both the Open and Non-pro Longe Line. Every yearling exhibited will be an Earl money winner. I will provide sponsorship for part of the entry fees, too. My hope is that many mare owners will enjoy their foals and then be able to participate in the Longe Line. I will also help mare owners market their foals on all of my FB sales pages and on his page along with his updated website that will be linked to his FB page. This is my business while I want your hobby to be enjoyable by reducing costs and increasing your odds for success by being sensitive to your needs and always being acutely aware that you, the mare owner, are taking the risks which can make or break my stud....I appreciate and respect that risk and the sizable investment that you are making with me, your vet, and in your heart.
