I wanted to let you all know that I am registering for the Adelaide City to Bay 2013. I will be doing the 6km run not just with my body, but with my heart and soul. I will be running in the HeartKids SA team. I am only newly familiar with the work that the HeartKids charity do, as my incredible older sister Ami has just given birth to my darling nephew Levi, who had a Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD), a small hole in his heart. He is almost twenty days old, and will undergo his fourth major surgery today – his due date. Today 6 babies will be born with CHD.
