I wanted to share a collage with all of you today that showed you my progress since right before my journey and then throughout! However, after looking through pics on my phones and computer I have no full body pics of myself since I was pregnant with Kaisyn! Yes it took me a lot of the day to look through hundreds of pics to figure that... and that completely blows my mind! I know that after having my daughter I felt horrible about the way I looked, but I never realized how I kept myself guarded. I found out today was never in many pics with my kiddos or hubby after having kaisyn. It really saddens me to think that for that almost year I have no real pictures with me and my family because I was too subconscious of how I looked and felt about myself! I have never been overly worried about looks, but I believe it was more than that. Yes I was overweight and unhealthy, but I believe I was more worried about people seeing me vulnerable and not being happy with who I was! To me it was wrong of me to not feel completely happy and content because we now had a beautiful new addition to our family and it felt complete, but I still knew there was something missing for me! So now I look at pictures from this last year and there arent a ton of me full body, but there a ton of me with my family with a huge smile on my face. I found the piece of me that was missing last year and I am happy with where our lives are headed. I am beginning to love myself again because I look healthier, but more importantly I feel healthier and am a lot more energetic! So I decided to put up a collage for you guys that focuses around finding yourself and being happy! I added a little video of my sweet girl reading so well and it shows how precious life can truly be! I am definitrly blessed!
