I wanted to share a story with you all this morning ... It brought me to tears (pride) - I went to get my coffee at Starbucks and three gals and I were in line. A young Marine in his uniform walked in and got in line behind us. He looked so proud to be a Marine, uniform was pressed, he was sharp. The First gal paid for his coffee, then the second, third and fourth (me) in line tried also - it was amazing that we were all thinking the same thing. Then he got to the counter and realized what happened, he thanked us all. We ended up buying his coffee for the entire week. The oldest Gal in line told him it was the least we could do. Her son was a Marine and was killed two years ago in a fire fight. They hugged - and well, I cried! 🇺🇸 What a great way to start the day. Small kindnesses are so important. To all of you who protect our freedoms - thank you!
