I wanted to share a video with you all. This is the program that got me started and I want you all to know how important it was to me to get started. Yes I was OBESE and OVERWEIGHT for more than 25 years of my life and one day I SNAPPED. I DECIDED to make a change. I joined in with a awesome support group just like this one here. I had an amazing coach Andy Neher that worked with me finding me the right program to help get me started. I actually decided to become a coach so that I could pay it forward to others. In hopes that as I was on my own fitness journey I might inspire others to reach deep inside and fight for their own dreams and goals. So I started running my own challenge groups and I was hoping to INSPIRE others to work hard for themselves. Not for someone else but for their own self confidence and self esteem. I LOVE what BEACHBODY has done for me and I know that you too can accomplish your own goals and have a story to share just like me. Im have gained so much more confidence and I am designing my life of my dreams I will be successful in this business. I have BIG DREAMS AND BECAUSE IF BEACHBODY THEY ARE COMING TRUE IN MY LIFE.
