I wanted to share my experience at lunch today. I went through the drive thru at Chick Fil A Dwarf House. Since I didnt have much cash, I used my Visa. Unfortunately, Visa (in an overabundance of caution) had flagged my account for suspicious activity. I guess because I had never bought anything from that store before. Anyway...you can imagine I was quite embarrassed. So, I had them take off the fries, counted my pennies and had enough for a sandwich and tea. The extremely nice man (manager, maybe??) graciously gave me my fries anyway...he said they were on him. How very nice. I was so embarrassed and he was so nice. Chick Fil A has the best customer service! Thanks!
