I wanted to share one of my headcanons with you. I love to put stories behind all of my games, makes it better for me. This is my city elf Ula. Shes one of my DAO side games. In my mind, she was born with an autoimmune disease that leaves her skinny, hairless, and weak for the most part. Shes never been treated like the other elven women. Shes been bullied and ridiculed her entire life. But her heart and will are strong and shes determined to prove everyone wrong. Thus the sword play and learning to fight. If she cant be pretty and have a normal life, then shes damn well going to make herself strong. Then Duncan sees something inside her and gets laughed at for choosing her. Aaaand eventually she meets Leliana and they become fast friends. Only, over time Ula starts to have feelings for her but would never say anything because who would want a sickly, bald headed elf right? But Leliana sees the beauty INSIDE of her and unbeknownst to Ula, falls for her as well. :) eventually it will work out and theyll let their feelings be known. And Ula will feel truly beautiful for the first time in her life. Because Im a mushy sap and I like happy endings
