I wanted to share something as I see many of my friends taking the leap of faith into becoming their own entrepreneurs in Network Marketing. First off, I congratulate you, because it takes a lot of courage to join a company and begin your journey, while others sit back thinking its a crock! Heres a few things Ive learned if you are investing in the right company. Because if you are, it is something truly magnificent! Welcome to Network Marketing. It truly is the better way. How to pick a Company 1.) Product -Is there a need for the product? -Does the product meet the need? -Is it priced to sell? -Is it priced for profit? 2.) Do they have your interest at heart? 3.) Do they have the companies interest at heart? Or will they let it fall apart in a few short lived years? 4.) COMPENSATION STRUCTURE Most important!!! So often I have seen companies pay in more product, not money. Will it create long term revenue? Binary Comp plans are the worst! Is it a reachable goal to advance? Will they persuade you with expensive gifts, such as a car, before you have a solid income structure to maintain it? Serious questions guys! There are some seriously messed up comp plans out there that rob Peter to pay Paul who is higher than you, or it pays the company, not you? Do your research! 4.) What kind of support is involved? 5.) Timing -is there momentum for growth in your company? Network Marketing is a beautiful source of income, just be sure you choose wisely! Plexus Worldwide was a very wise decision for me!
