I wanted to share the past few days with you guys. As you all know Thursday a week ago Mark was released from his surgeons , his blood work was outstanding and he felt great. So Our oldest daughter and her husband live in Savannah Ga so we made plans to visits her and her husband and take his mom to Tybee Island to see the beach because his mom has has never seen the ocean. On Friday he awaken to a fever and a stomach ache. We went back in for an ultrasound and they found that their is a narrowing were the liver was connected and it has caused a bile obstruction. So they set a procedure up this past Friday and discovered that they couldnt repair the blockage this way and he has to have another procedure on Monday. Mark became very upset because his plans with his mom was messed up and he is just tired. So I told him that I would drive his mom down on Saturday and come back Sunday and video tape her seeing the ocean for him and then I would come back and get her on Thursday. So we left out on Saturday morning. It rained every mile. Sometimes it rained so hard you couldnt see and then times it was very light. We saw 4 wrecks and ran into about 6 long construction zones. 12 hours later we get here and its still pouring down rain. I said we are going to the ocean ,I promised Mark. So we head toward Tybee Island. Its raining so hard, there is flash flood warnings , some of the roads are three feet in water but we kept going. Shelby said Moma its raining so hard you wNt be able to get her picture and I said its not gonna be raining when we get there and the sun is gonna shine. They all kinda laughed but we kept going. I said out loud God please let us see this beautiful ocean please. I promise you when we got to Tybee Island Beach the rain stopped, the sun peaked through the clouds behind us and God added a rainbow as a bonus. I was able to send Mark the video of his mom putting her feet into the Atlantic Ocean. When we left I told them that God had showed me today that storms are gonna come , at times they are going to be really bad, but if we keep our faith in him, keep trusting him no matter what, his love will shine at the end of that storm. So Mark , we are gonna keep trusting God and keep having his faith because he is with us , this I know more than anything
