I wanted to share this for April. The before picture was at a Lamar basketball game early Dec. 2011. The after was in Arlington, Texas visiting friends. One of them to the after picture. I had lost over 70 lbs in about 6 months. I have since gained just about all of it back. But, I cant focus on why I let myself go? I have to focus on the future. Stay committed to what I know works. Maybe all this happened so that when we both were ready to get healthy I could help you because Im there too. I love you very much and Im proud of you and how good you have already done! Youve already lost over 15 lbs. But, I know you are really sore. Just believe in me! It you need the truck worked on Im not the guy. If you need the house worked on Im not the guy. But, Ive done this all my life. Yes, I gained a lot of weight back but you and I know why. We are going to be where we want to be next May if we stay the course. Again, Im proud of how hard you are doing and you are you hardest critic so I know once others start really noticing the loss. You will be motivated by the positive feedback. We all need encouragement on our journey!
