I wanted to share this video I found of 2 people merely eating a sandwich in front of the store they bought it from. Now this seems innocent enough like they are just patrolling a talking with people, protecting and serving, but this is actually what happens when govt. over steps the property rights of Walmart or anyone else for that matter and when police profile and fish for criminals through random stop and checks. Walmart has security that can and should handle any loitering issues. Instead these 2 officers pull up and randomly stop and check these 2 out. If you are ever in this situation you do not have to say anything to the police and you are not required to give them any I.D. If you are doing a crime they will arrest you and see your I.D. when they pat you down, they wont just ask you questions unless they have nothing. This is not at all being a jerk or an asshole. All you are doing is using the rights god gave you. You have a right to remain silent always and you dont have to show your papers when they ask that is why they ask, they cant make you. Do not enable the police abuse of power and color of the law. Rancho Cordova has a high crime rate per person, and I am sure the police have better things to do than waste our time with their fishing for crime. If you are inclined to want to speak to the officer, what I say is, Sorry, I dont answer questions. (If they continue ask) Am I being detained or arrested? (They will say they dont know or NO typically) If that happens then you can add, Okay, I am not being detained, I have not done anything illegal so I am not being arrested, I dont answer questions, if that is all accurate officer, I would like to be on my way (or I would like to continue in my lawful activities, or could you please not bother me? https://youtube/watch?v=T1jF7Zz1SqU
