I wanted to show you what I learned this morning! I learned the PIYO Pike! Its kind of tricky at first. You need to make sure you have to set up right, then you need to make sure you are lifting with your hips, not with your shoulders. If you try it, youll know what Im talking about. *Get into a plank with your thighs tight and wrists below your shoulders. *Bring your LEFT HAND center. *Turn onto the side plank with your RIGHT FOOT as the anchor *Wrap the left foot around the right ankle. *Pull your LEFT HIP around and as high as you can make it as you thread your RIGHT HAND under your body *Lower to the side plank and repeat. If youre modifying, start out doing this with your left knee on the ground, but your hips are still off the and thread your arm under your body. Your hips wont come up as high, but keep trying. Youll get there with practice! Are you going to give it a try?
