I wanted to write and open letter to my clients: I always try my very best everyday to make my clients happy even the difficult ones and with my own personal struggles to get through it can be very stressful, so when I see a negative post it saddens me deeply. Its not easy always being UP and patient with so much pain in my body and my heart. Its not easy by any stretch running a business and tattooing faces for a living, coaching people through their fear, anxiety not to mention their own personal issues. We all have our journey and I try to be sensitive to all and give my complete attention. So if and when I may have a bad day, when its crazy, stressful, demanding and exhausting please be patient with me too.... Im just doing the best I can with business and life. Im not machine and we all have bad days, so if you have experienced me be short as some have said, it a reflection of my frustration with myself and my life... NOT YOU! I really wish people would talk to me first before posting negative comments on line. Sometimes if you know the story you wont be so quick to judge. Im not perfect by any means and just making it through one day at a time trying to make other lives better. I deeply apologize if I have upset you in any way with my honest, direct, blunt , raw nature. I try to connect some how with each one of you and Ive never been good at being fake and sometimes just like you I need a hug and someone to tell me its going to be OK. So Now that I know from reading on line reviews, I will try harder.... but for future reference please just talk to me. Even though you might think Im harsh....Im really a marshmallow inside needing love too. Sincerely, Shauna
