"I warn and counsel the elders among you as a fellow elder and as an eyewitness of the sufferings of Christ, as well as a sharer in the glory that is to be revealed : Tend the flock of God, not by coercion or constraint, but willingly; not dishonorably motivated by the advantages and profits, but eagerly and cheerfully; not domineering over those in your charge, but beings examples to the flock.
