I was Bad today.. had to go to wall-mart. did my shopping. went to check out . then I notice out of twelve check out registers only two are open. sad for me after watching the clock on the wall for ten minutes and the line hadnt moved. I looked down at my very full cart. and back up at the clock. then I looked around a saw a employee with a radio. I waved him over looking embarrassed and said Excuse me this is very embarrassing, but can i speak to your manager. I have a little problem. He complied and a nice fellow came up and said he was the manager and his name was josh. And with my biggest smile, I said Hi I am going to need you to do something for me. I am not interested waiting 30 to 40 minutes to check out. So what I need is for you to personally restock all this merchandise. I would feel terrible to find out you delegated it to a floor employee because of management dropping the ball and screwing the pooch. after all this is the 21 century just full of corporate web sites with pubic comment sites and e-mail addresses . Can you help me out here Josh. I got the most honest Yes sir in my life.
