I was TAGGED... List ten movies that youve seen that are your favorite/ changed your life and give a brief summary. Then tag at least ten other people. 1. Vertigo - A detective suffering from dizzy spells after a traumatic event is hired to follow an old college friends possibly insane wife. Soon, his interest becomes obsession and his life begins to spiral downward out of control. Plot twists around every turn! (Jimmy Stewart, Kim Novak) 2. Meet Joe Black - When Death takes on a human body, he learns a lot about life, love, and EVEN death. (Starring Anthony Hopkins, and Brad Pitt) 3. Donnie Darko - when a young man begins to see God in the visage of his older sisters boyfriend (a talking rabbit named Frank), the rabbit warns of impending doom and learns that he has the power to stop it. (Starring Jake Gyllenhaal, and Patrick Swayze) 4. Gattaca - in the not too distant future, all babies born are modified and altered to be given the best chance at survival. All others are seen as less than ... so when a young man has a dream that (according to his profile) far exceeds his abilities, he might just do anything to make it come true. (Starring Ethan Hawke, and Uma Thurman) - my favorite film, btw. 5. Hello, Dolly! - When a busy body/ know it all, but charming and wonderful woman named Dolly stirs up a group of people, she REALLY stirs up a GROUP OF PEOPLE! Using all of them to her own device to get what she wants... the heart of the man that she loves most. ^_^ - (Starring Walter Matthau, Barbra Streisand and Michael Crawford ) 6. The Hunchback of Notre Dame - When a young, hunched back man discovers the world outside of the bell tower that hes lived in for many years now, he makes an attempt at a normal life. However, the shadow of an evil patriarch gets in his way. - Voiced by Tom Hulce, Jason Alexander and Demi Moore) 7. A. I. - When a young robot boy is separated from his adoptive mother (whom he is programmed to love forever and unconditionally), he fights heaven and earth to get back to her. With lots of themes and hidden meanings, this dark movie is RICH in story, and is honestly nothing but tragic. (Starring Haley Joel Osment) 8. The Sixth Sense - Failing one little boy isnt bad enough for Dr. Malcom Crowe, failing another might just shatter him. However, when its revealed that the young boy that he becomes more and more attached to reveals his secret it might be too much for Malcom to handle. His love for the boy allows him to stay and learn a few things about himself along the way. (Starring Bruce Willis and Haley Joel Osment) 9. Amadeus - An eccentric composer, an enigmatic rival, and an ancient rivalry. An interesting look at life and human nature, and an intriguing and brilliantly illustrated guess behind the motivations and histories of a pair of close friends, and worst enemies. Amazingly acted, winner of eleven oscars (Starring F. Murray Abraham, and Tom Hulce) 10. The Count of Monte Cristo - When a poor man is convicted for an unforgivable crime, and presumed dead by all who know and love him, he is reborn as a brilliantly garish, and exceedingly charming Count only to exact his revenge against all of those who wronged him. Full of all of the things that make a great story moving, and wonderful themes of faith, love, and friendship, this movie just has it all. (Starring Guy Pearce, and James Caviezel) Tagging - Contessa Louanna Gunter Allison Carter Jamie DeVriend Crystal Kathryn Kristy Herbeck Perry Funk Donn Shannon Michael Samuel Miller Jr Robert Johnson Erin Wood
