I was a good girl today!!! Did my aerobic work at the gym in the am & finished out the day at D.A.M. Good Bodies Bootcamp with drill sergeant David Anthony Miller, & saw gorgeous girls Crystal Crissy Wilson & Mina Dia-Stevens, who I had missed & I was really glad to see! Im going to be sore because its been a few months....I was a little soft, and had lost a little strength, but Ill back to it Saturday, along with gym everyday...getting ready to hit 2015 hard! So much to achieve!!! Im preparing :-)
