I was a juror on a trial this past January. Have you ever been a juror? I will say this ..whatever you think may have been the situation or what probably happened...that is an opinion. You have to make your decision on what is presented by both sides AND what the laws of your state require you to do. IF that is not something you like, then change the laws of your state! All is well and good while watching the media or listening to your friends but let me say this, if you ask eye witnesses about certain details, it has been proven that 8 of those 10 will disagree on some of those details if not 10 of 10. Just remember, unless you have a photographic memory to go with your better than 20/20 eyesight and supersonic hearing,..so, my point is, the laws of the land are to be adhered to in a court of law or you CHANGE THEM. Walk the walk, not just talk the talk.
