I was always fascinated by the word, changemaker. It made me believe that a person can bring about a revolution with such a label by their side, within a span of years, and then the system remains perfect forever. I have come to realise that the definition of this word is as convoluted as everything else that needs to be changed. A changemaker is not only the one who revolts in smaller ways, but also understands that revolt is not always an answer. S/he knows that the journey is about both, battles and wars, more from within than external. S/he knows that the short term goals could last as little as a day. And at times, even a lifetime is not enough for a vision s/he is working for. And inspite of all this, s/he never forgets to carry on.
