I was ask to post this Letter it is from a senior.( What do you think about this? ). :To: The Honorable Mayor Frank Jackson City of Cleveland Ohio. To the elected officials. The Dept. Of aging ,To whom it may concern.I Clemons Porter applied to the City aging for a grant for home reparis. The grant was refused. I was offered a fifty fifty 1 Loan I excepted. The City employed U.S. Damage Repair Inc. for the job. after that work was completed, I was asked if I would want the house weatherized. I said yes. after the work was done.I was.told that there might be some dust. There was,and lots of it. I complained to city hall and the dept of aging, I was told by the Inspectors,there was three or four,that there was no problem.The city sent out a cleanup crew.they removed the panels,the sealing and insulation from the attic,I was told it would be replaced that never happened I have been referred to every Dept. at city hall. one inspector said I should move.. after almost seven years of Bureaccratic buck passing I have now been diagnosed with Terminal lung cancer I am a semi invalid.
