I was asked by a good friend yesterday what my evidence was for Global warming so from now on I am going to publish what I think are relevant facts about the subject, so sorry if I bore some people and I know many of you think fracking is important but I happen to think, Global warming makes fracking look like a storm in a teacup. "UK scientists are about to set out for Antarctica to investigate the mighty Pine Island Glacier. The PIG drains about 10% of all the ice sliding off the west of the continent, and has seen a marked thinning and a surge in velocity in recent decades. Its contribution to sea level rise is now greater than any other glacier on the planet." This guy is huge. An iceberg of 447 sq miles broke off this summer. The PIG is monitored by satellite and the rate it is losing mass is estimated to be doubling every 5 years. Now I know many people think that there is no such thing as Global warming other than it is the result of a cyclical cycle. I would then ask why are so many Countries around the World so worried about it.Why is the President of the Maldives so concerned his Country is going to disappear. Why are sea defenses being installed at critical places around the World. Why is New York considering spending a large amount of money building its own defenses. There will be more
