I was asked the other day what is Dressage Plus all about? So I thought I would explain it in a post........ I have created Dressage Plus as an Equestrian Performance Coaching business, to support, motivate and encourage riders of all ages and level with any challenges they are having in their training or competition riding. As a qualified Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner and Life Coach I focus on practical and helpful tools and techniques that you can use straight away in your riding, at any level, to improve focus, communication, relaxation and enjoyment with your horses. These tools and techniques are mainly based around being able to control your own mindset so that you can shift the way you view things that you feel are holding you back in your riding. These may be things like getting nervous at competitions, the fear of falling off or lack of motivation and/or time to ride.
