I was asked today why I was still single, after separating from my previous relationship 4 1/2 years ago. Ive dated here and there, but nothing long term or serious. I dont just want any relationship. I want that unique relationship. A relationship with someone that is very rare. Nothing like my last one. My next relationship will consist of a lot of love, fun, laughing, honesty, loyalty, equality, motivation, inspiration, and grind. She must know what she wants, know her purpose (or willing to find it), and be passionate for life. Someone I can build with. Someone who will push me when Im ready to quit, and will accept the same from me. Someone who will tell me what I need to hear, not what I want to hear, and will accept the same from me. I know shes out there..but Im not looking. Im too focused on the task at hand, which is my Son. When God is ready to put her in our lives, he will. Until then, same ol grind, just a different night!
