I was at Blue Oasis yesterday to buy food when I heard them talking about a Kitten that needs to be euthanized. The story is the owner of the Kitten lives in Karama. Blue Oasis received an emergency call from them that their Kitten fell down from the third floor building. According to the Doctor, she has a fractured jaw and has a broken legs and she requires major surgery to repair the damage. But the owner refuses to go on with the surgery he just want him to kill her as he don’t want to spend money and he even said that the kitten doesn’t belong to him . Hes disowning his own kitten so he will not be held responsible for his negligence. So I stepped in. I said don’t put her to sleep, it’s not her fault and I don’t believe that this is the right decision to do. She’s still a baby and she still have long way to run! So what I did, I called up some friends tell them story and ask for their advice. One of my colleague said, there’s a reason why you are there, why she was brought to Blue Oasis where she can go to a closer vet? Everything happens for a reason. And I do believe I was sent there for a mission and that’s to save her. I asked them if I can see the kitten and when the nurse brought her up to me I felt so bad that she was not loved at all that she has been rejected. That moment I felt the pain that she was going through and I can see that she’s fighting to survive. I’m knocking at your heart to help Angel for her surgery.
