I was at MoPs lastnight , and I cannot express enough how amazing this organization is. We have the coolest speakers. I get so inspired to be a better me, better mom, better wife, but mostly to understand that your house doesnt always need to be spotless (never risk a relationship for a cleaning) and your holidays are also others holidays, including those that are working, dont have family, in hospitals or nursing homes, so dont forget about them.. FAMILY TRADITIONS, make ur own, copy someone elses, make them a family tradition, teaching your kids the importance of family, faith, life, and love! Ex: May Day baskets, teacher recognition month, racking lol loved this one. And this is what popped out most for me lastnight. When life seems just full n boring, spice it up, have a jar of mustaches on hand and put it on if u feel like it u can never be crabby with a mustache on! I cannot take any credit for these ideas, but I can say they are amazing and I will use them! The woman last night was an inspiration to me. If anyone knows me they know Im a little rough around the edges. I know how to be mom, be wife, be me.. But balancing all of them out, can get to be challenging for all of us, and this girl last night, had her poop in a group and ducks in a row lol. She was great to say the least, she also teaches Sunday school for Noah, and he took something from his FIRST day of Sunday school from her about praying, he shines his halo, fluffs his feathers, and puts his hands together and head down. I am so thankful I got introduced to this group, and would love if any of my mom friends wanna come with some time! Its amazing for 2 words - Personal Development! Now that my chapter book is done lol.... You, the woman, set the tone for the day so girls, tomorrow wake up, jump out of bed, and smile, snow day or not, it will be a good day, because youve already taught 1/2 the battle!
