I was at the #GLOBE store trying to fix my mobile internet access, the man at the front desk tried to help me figure out whats wrong. He cant fix it so he wants me to subscribe to whatsoever data promo. I said it wont resolve the issue, i have regular load so whether im subscribed or not to any data promo, i should be able to access the internet.He then asked me to go to EXPRESS LANE to have my sim checked. I approached the lady and she asked me to write down my name and number then asked me to wait. then she called me saying new sim cards are not available. I then replied Im not asking for a new sim, i need my sim checked as i cannot access the internet. She then ask me to sit and wait. A lot of people came in , after almost 2 hrs theres no more other people on the store so I approached the lady again saying wat time po ba ako pwede maassist? there was a surprise on her face. I guess she remembered me then she asked me to write down my name and number. I said , Again? then she assisted me and got my phone and had it checked inside a room then she hand it back to me ,it seems that she was able to access a website. while im checking the girl went back to the room and so I walked away. Guess what Its not yet fixed! and I just want to go back there waiting for that shitty Lady to come out again!.. nsayang ang oras! ano nang gagawin ko! #Globesucks! yes indeed!
