I was away for a few days. I came home to find many gifts waiting for me, from California to Pennsylvania to NYC to Long Island. I just have to say: I am blessed. So blessed. oxoxoxox (And wow, was it was so freakin good to be home again). I am a person of great contradictions as I am so rooted and a real nester, and yet I can pack all my worldly possessions in 30 minutes, because I hold onto very little (my house, closets, attic are all very Zen) which, to me, proves that home is NOT about possessions but about SPIRIT and for me, that is my animals. Wherever THEY are, is home. And love. Of course, my ipod, cause I just could not live without music. And a good wine rack filled with chardonnay. Other than that, I honestly do not need anything else. And, when all is said and done, none of it belongs to me (or any of us). All on loan, except for the love. It remains. It endures and it is the only thing that really matters. So thank you friends for all the love you always send my way. I am grateful.
