I was beat like that in Toledo by White Toledo Police Officer March 2011, and arrested in front of my own Toledo Restaurant at 2499 Collingwood Blvd., Toledo, OH 43604, which I own. For speaking out against a White Pastor James M. Brewer, Jr., and his church BIBLE TEMPLE FAMILY WORSHIP CENTER, INC., civil rights violations against me under 42 U.S.C.A., Section 1981, crossing out the deed to my restaurant; and, endeavoring to remortgage it. CASE # CI 2011 4626, assigned to Judge Stacy L. Cook. Captioned Clinton Dudley , Plaintiff v. James M. Brewer, Jr., and Bible Temple Family Worship Center, Inc., Defendants, filed August 2, 2011. Defendants are white, I am black. The white Law Firm that altered the deed that effects my restaurant is: ZOLL, KRANZ, & BORGESS, LLC. This week take Judge Stacy L. Cook & that aforementioned firm before the OHIO SUPREME COURTS DISCIPLINARY BOARD. Filing a lawsuit is excellent; but if the court is protect those whites outside scope of judgeship; now you have another civil rights fight. When getting a copy of the complaint; also, get copies of all motions and exhibitions. Its like a text book at your children school. Now I have found myself fighting the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas. Even illegal and unconstitutional criminal charges was filed against me by that aforesaid white law firm to silence me and make me afraid. They picked the wrong nigga (Africa American); an educated one first in his law class. Judge Ruth Ann Franks dismissed the unconstitutional criminal charges. That aforementioned white Law firm and white defendants in concert and participation criminal defrauded the OHIO STATE GRAND JURY, which Honorable Judge Stacy Cook sworn oath duties are to report any knowledgeable criminal activities, which she has knowledge of. TOLEDO BLADE REPORTERS, AND STATION CHANNELS NEWS 11 and 13 THE SAME. RACISM IS ALIVE AND WELL. NOW I AM CONNECTING WITH CNN, NEW YORK TIMES, ETC. Make the world outside of Toledo; make Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio do the right things. Thats why I founded Dudley Civil Rights Lobbying Group.
