I was blown by a younger woman. Yesterday was the first time in Gawd I dont recall the last time a female runner blew by me, running. But she had a strong pace. She was in her mid to late 20s and ran mostly on her toes. As I watched her pull farther and farther ahead, my Old Man Syndrome showed itself. I mumbled, Damn it! If I were 30 years younger, youd be eating my dust. Lol Have a great Good Friday, Easter and weekend.
