I was born and raised in Santa Paula like most of you. And Friday, I was in town and went to KFC, and then went and parked on Main Street, across from where Couchs drug store used to be to eat lunch. It brought back some good memories. I remembered Norms Hobby Shop, Slot Car Racing on Mill St. Corn Burritos at Fish and Chips. Walking to the library by myself when I was in kindergarten. But then I noticed a nicely dressed lady walking down the side walk picking up litter and putting it in the trash. I thought to myself. Santa Paula, must be her home town too.
