I was busy posting ads online, while baby was beside me likewise busy reading something. I was surprised she approached me to discuss a new condo project while showing the printed project brief --entirely! From G/F to top floor, and each kind of unit- commercial, office, parking, residential. She even has a take away discussion of how to maximize each unit with the right lay out and furnishings (out of an empty floor plan). Shes almost as old as my real estate venture; she has seen so many finished and under construction buildings, showrooms, actual units, etc. She knows whats a prime project, and whats just so-so. Maybe thats why she is really good in designing buildings with great features and amenities, and she is mesmerizing in verbally presenting her work :-) ..Her Mine Craft works are so amazing too! ..My little princess never stops to amuse me
