I was challenged by Kevin Suppa Petrona to do the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge in this video. Unfortunately, a busy week means I wont be able to be drenched in ice water any time soon. But, I wanted to keep my promise of contributing to the ALS Association, as well as to a local St. Maarten foundation. I only ever spent about 15 minutes in Erika Cannegieters presence, but as those who knew her best would say, that was enough time to realise that she was a genuine person with incredible and noble intentions. I followed the activities of Be The Change St. Maarten via Nicole De Weevers postings and her own work with Art Saves Lives. So, in addition to my contribution to ALS, Ive donated to Be The Change, in the hopes that the foundation will continue Erikas great work even after her passing.
