I was challenged by Leigh James Shore to list 10 books with lasting impact on me. I couldnt begin to pick 10. I really just want to list the first 10 books I can think of that I really really enjoyed. So here they are: 1. The Bible (NIV version is the one I like best) 2. The Help by Kathryn Stockett 3. Anything ever written or that ever will be written by Wally Lamb - especially the Hour I first Believed 4. Inferno by Dante 5. Far from the Tree by Andrew Solomon 6. Their own receive them Not by Horace Griffin 7. Harry potter series by JK Rowling 8. Everything written by Frank McCourt 9. A Million Little Pieces by James Frey (even if some was made up, still a great book) 10. The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini Now I challenge Erin Burt Crawford, Kathryn Hilliard Stuart, and Margaret Ann Wade Mcmullen. What books lit your fire?
