He was correct, and I thank him for pointing that out to me. Here are the millages actually paid by taxpayers, which are even higher, and still do not show D5 as the second lowest like theyve claimed: District 7 = .31110 District 3 = .31030 District 1 = .30090 District 5 = .23290 District 2 = .23280 District 4 = .22960 District 6 = .22280 (Greenville County = .17750)
