I was delighted to welcome Rob Wilson MP, Minister for Civil Society, to Plymouth earlier today. Rob made his name as an entrepreneur, building small businesses and now has responsibility for social enterprise and social investment within his ministerial portfolio. Given all his experience and current role, it was appropriate to take him down to Devonport to see some of Plymouths finest examples of social enterprise!
