I was doing a routine shopping at my local.I was looking for frozen fish. The shop prides itself as Garden of Kent. While scanning one of its shelves, which I must admit contains rare exotic items. This is where I buy maize meal, mukaka etc.The owner asked me one day, why I buy from a nearby supermarket and not supporting the (indigenous).I have noted a can of tuna there costs a whooping £2.19 .The shop nearby sells 3cans of the similar item for £3.50.You do the Maths, but my advice comes from a famous progrmamme on our local radio back in Zimbabwe , Mari nehupenyu hwevanhu: Tenga nehungwaru!
