Why do you want to work for this Co *sir its a great privilege for anyone to work in a reputed company like this, * when I read about this company I found out that my technical skill are matching ur requirements, where I can showcase my technical skills to contribute to the growth of the Company 3. What are your strength * I am honest self ,motivated,self starter,had working, *i easily adapt to the new work environment 4. What are your weakness (Never mention weaknesses that will affect the post being applied for *Impatient *talkertive 5. Why should I hire you ? With reference to my work experience I satisfy all the requirements for the job, i am sincere with my work ,I promise never to let you down and the Co will not regret to hire me. 6. Tell me what you know about this Company ? (Find out about the Co on internet friends and even those working there if any) *Its the best and fastest growing company in malawi, *the work environment is good, Pple feel gud to work for this Co as it provides full support to its employees 7. Why are you changing your Job ? (Never mention bad about ur previous Co) *A change is necessary as it will help me to enhance my skills, knowledge and experience for my professional growth in my career 8. What are your salary requirements (Here u have to be careful not to mention above their salary ranges) *here u need to find out the salary of the position being applied for 9. What is your career goal in so so years ? 1 short term goal *my goal is to get a job in a reputed Co like this one where I can utilise my skills 2 Long term goal My goal is to be in a respectable position in the organisation All the best family, With God all this are possible and to his power nothing is impossible just trust him
