I was educated in a system that allowed total corporal punishment. Parents were in full support of the system. But what this video shows is somewhat miles out of the way. Teachers at a school in Zimbabwe applied corporal punishment in a very horrible manner, especially in an era where that form of punishment has been outlawed.
